7. Handle travel emergencies and provide 24/7 support for clients during trips
8. Develop relationships with travel suppliers and negotiate preferred rates
9. Maintain detailed client profiles and travel preferences in database
10. Achieve monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics
1. 2+ years of experience in travel consulting or agency operations
2. Proficiency in at least one GDS system (Sabre, Amadeus, or Travelport)
