Ramp Agent responsibilities include:

1. Safely marshal aircraft to and from gates using hand signals and guidance systems. 2. Operate ground service equipment (GSE) including baggage tugs, belt loaders, and aircraft pushback tractors. 3. Load and unload passenger baggage, cargo, and mail from aircraft cargo holds while ensuring proper weight distribution and security. 4. Perform aircraft cabin cleaning and lavatory servicing between flights. 5. Conduct pre- and post-flight inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues. 6. Communicate effectively with flight crews, ground control, and other team members via radio. 7. Assist in de-icing operations during winter weather conditions.

Must-Have Requirements

1. High school diploma or GED equivalent. 2. Minimum 18 years of age with valid driver's license. 3. Ability to pass extensive background check and secure airport SIDA badge. 4. Capable of lifting 70+ pounds repeatedly and working in all weather conditions. 5. Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. 6. Basic computer literacy for tracking baggage and cargo systems.

Preferred Qualifications

1. 6+ months experience in aviation ground operations or similar physical labor role. 2. Previous experience operating ground support equipment (GSE). 3. Familiarity with FAA regulations and airport safety procedures. 4. Current certification in aircraft pushback operations or baggage handling systems. 5. Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish.

Bonus Skills

1. CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with air brake endorsement. 2. Certification in aircraft de-icing procedures and fluid handling. 3. Training in hazardous materials (HAZMAT) handling and documentation. 4. Experience with specific airline baggage routing systems (e.g., BRS, BagLink). 5.
