We are seeking professional and safety-focused Flight Attendants to join our airline team. Flight Attendant responsibilities include:
1. Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure all emergency equipment is functional
2. Deliver comprehensive safety demonstrations and verify passenger compliance with FAA regulations
3. Provide exceptional customer service during boarding, inflight, and deplaning processes
4. Manage emergency situations including medical incidents, security threats, and evacuation procedures
5. Serve meals, beverages, and sell onboard products while maintaining inventory control
6. Address passenger inquiries regarding flight information, connections, and airline policies
7. Complete detailed flight reports and incident documentation as required by FAA standards
8. Maintain cabin cleanliness and ensure compliance with all airline service protocols
1. FAA Certificate of Demonstrated Proficiency (completed training program)
2. Minimum 21 years of age with high school diploma or GED equivalent
3. Ability to pass extensive background check, drug screening, and FAA medical evaluation
4. Height between 5'2" and 6'2" with ability to reach overhead bins and emergency equipment
5. Valid US passport with flexibility for international travel restrictions
6. Swimming proficiency and physical capability to operate emergency exits (up to 50 lbs force)
7. Availability to work irregular hours, weekends, holidays, and overnight trips
8. Exceptional customer service experience with proven conflict resolution skills
Preferred Qualifications
1. 2+ years experience in hospitality, customer service, or safety-related roles
2. College degree in hospitality, tourism, or related field
3. Multilingual proficiency (Spanish, French, German, or Asian languages)
4. Previous airline industry experience or aviation-related education
5. CPR/First Aid certification and previous emergency response training
6. Knowledge of FAA regulations and aviation safety protocols
7. Experience working with diverse populations and cultural sensitivity training
8. Flexibility to relocate to assigned base cities (major hub locations)
