Must-Have Requirements

1. FAA Certificate of Demonstrated Proficiency (completed training program) 2. Minimum 21 years of age with high school diploma or GED equivalent 3. Ability to pass extensive background check, drug screening, and FAA medical evaluation 4. Height between 5'2" and 6'2" with ability to reach overhead bins and emergency equipment 5. Valid US passport with flexibility for international travel restrictions 6. Swimming proficiency and physical capability to operate emergency exits (up to 50 lbs force) 7. Availability to work irregular hours, weekends, holidays, and overnight trips 8. Exceptional customer service experience with proven conflict resolution skills

Preferred Qualifications
