3. Negotiate and manage contracts with travel service providers to secure competitive rates
4. Monitor and analyze travel spending patterns and identify cost-saving opportunities
5. Ensure compliance with travel policies and implement enforcement mechanisms
6. Manage travel emergency response procedures and duty of care protocols
7. Implement and optimize travel technology solutions (booking tools, expense systems)
8. Prepare regular reports on travel program performance and cost savings

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
2. 5+ years of experience in corporate travel management or travel procurement
3. Proven experience negotiating with travel suppliers and managing vendor relationships
4. Strong knowledge of travel industry trends, GDS systems, and travel technology
5. Excellent analytical skills with experience in travel spend analysis and reporting
6. Experience developing and implementing corporate travel policies
7. Knowledge of duty of care requirements and travel risk management
8. Proficiency with travel management software and expense reporting systems
9. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
