Provide exceptional customer service while managing in-flight meal and beverage service 4. Respond promptly and effectively to passenger inquiries and special requests 5. Handle emergency situations including medical incidents, security threats, and evacuation procedures 6. Maintain cabin cleanliness and ensure passenger comfort throughout the flight 7. Complete post-flight reports and documentation accurately 8. Coordinate with flight deck crew regarding flight conditions and passenger needs

Must-Have Requirements

1. FAA-issued Certificate of Demonstrated Proficiency 2. Minimum 21 years of age with high school diploma or GED 3. Ability to pass extensive background check and drug screening 4. Height between 5'2" and 6'2" with ability to reach overhead compartments 5. Exceptional swimming ability and physical fitness to handle emergency situations 6. Flexibility to work irregular hours, weekends, holidays, and overnight trips 7. Outstanding communication and conflict resolution skills 8. Valid passport with ability to travel internationally without restrictions

Preferred Qualifications

1. 2+ years of customer service experience in hospitality or aviation industry 2. College degree in hospitality, tourism, or related field 3. Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish, French, Mandarin, or Arabic) 4. Previous experience in emergency response or medical training 5. Knowledge of FAA regulations and aviation safety protocols 6. Experience with international flight operations and customs procedures 7. CPR and First Aid certification current within last 2 years
