3. Operate and maintain chainsaws, chippers, stump grinders, and aerial lift equipment
4. Conduct tree removals using advanced rigging techniques and directional felling
5. Implement plant health care programs including pest management and fertilization
6. Provide client consultations and prepare detailed arboricultural reports
7. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and ANSI Z133 safety standards
8. Manage urban tree planting projects including species selection and establishment care
1. ISA Certified Arborist credential (current)
2. Minimum 3 years commercial arboriculture experience
3. Valid driver's license with clean driving record
4. Proficiency in aerial rescue operations and emergency procedures
5. Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work at heights
6. Comprehensive knowledge of tree biology and dendrology
