3. Develop and maintain content style guides and terminology databases
4. Conduct content audits and competitive analysis to identify content opportunities
5. Participate in user research and usability testing to validate content effectiveness
6. Create content strategies for new features and product enhancements
7. Ensure consistency across all user touchpoints and platforms
8. Advocate for content design best practices within cross-functional teams
1. 3+ years of professional experience in UX writing or content design
2. Portfolio demonstrating user-centered writing samples for digital products
3. Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD)
4. Strong understanding of UX principles and design thinking methodologies
5. Experience collaborating with product designers and researchers
6. Excellent editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail
7. Ability to work within established brand voice and tone guidelines
8. Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field
