Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Telesales Representative to drive revenue growth through proactive outbound sales calls in the US market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets in a fast-paced telemarketing environment.

Telesales Representative responsibilities include:

1. Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to prospective customers across the United States 2. Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate value propositions 3. Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs 4. Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce CRM 5. Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions 6. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales 7. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies 8. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

Must-Have Requirements

1. 1+ years of telemarketing or inside sales experience 2. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets 3. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills 4. High school diploma or equivalent 5. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM systems) 6. Ability to work in a structured call center environment 7. Strong negotiation and closing skills 8. Resident of the United States with work authorization
