Salesforce Administrator responsibilities include:

1. Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings 2. Customize objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules 3. Develop and maintain automated workflows using Process Builder and Flow 4. Create and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics for business insights 5. Provide ongoing user support and training for 200+ Salesforce users 6. Implement data quality best practices and perform regular data cleansing 7. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions 8. Manage Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and systems

Must-Have Requirements

1. Salesforce Administrator Certification (current) 2. 3+ years hands-on Salesforce administration experience 3. Proficiency in Salesforce Security model and sharing rules 4. Strong experience with Reports and Dashboard creation 5. Expertise in data management and data quality tools 6. Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience 7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills 8. US work authorization and ability to work Eastern Time Zone hours

Preferred Qualifications
