Create and manage sales collateral, presentations, and proposal templates in collaboration with marketing 4. Administer and optimize sales enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Seismic, Highspot) 5. Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify training gaps and improvement opportunities 6. Support sales process documentation and ensure consistent adoption across the sales team 7. Facilitate communication between sales, marketing, and product teams to align on messaging and strategy

Must-Have Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 2. 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales support role 3. Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales enablement platforms 4. Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously 5.
