Sales Consultant responsibilities include:
1. Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and digital channels
2. Conduct needs analysis and present tailored product/service solutions to potential clients
3. Negotiate contracts and close deals with average deal sizes ranging from $25K-$100K
4. Maintain CRM database with accurate pipeline tracking and customer interaction records
5. Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas and key performance indicators
6. Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns
7. Provide post-sale account management to ensure client satisfaction and retention
8. Attend industry events and trade shows to expand professional network
1. Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience with proven track record of quota achievement
2. Demonstrated ability to manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
3. Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
4. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills with ability to handle objections
5. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings (up to 25%)
6. Strong business acumen and understanding of sales metrics
7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
