Sales Account Executive responsibilities include:
1. Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
2. Conduct thorough needs analysis and develop customized solutions for clients
3. Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
4. Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs
5. Maintain accurate pipeline and customer data in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot)
6. Develop and execute strategic account plans for key enterprise clients
7. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
8. Present product demonstrations and business cases to executive decision-makers
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
2. 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience with quota-carrying responsibilities
3. Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets
4. Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
5. Excellent negotiation and closing skills
6. Strong presentation and communication abilities
7. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 30%
8. US work authorization
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in SaaS, technology, or software sales

3. Existing network of potential clients in target industries
