1. Maintain and optimize CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) data quality and hygiene
2. Generate and analyze revenue performance reports and dashboards
3. Support sales enablement through territory management and quota setting
4. Manage sales commission calculations and payout processes
5. Implement and maintain sales tech stack integrations (e.g., Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo)
6. Develop and document revenue operations processes and best practices
7. Support sales forecasting and pipeline management activities
8. Collaborate with finance on revenue recognition and reporting compliance
1. 2+ years experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations
2. Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce required)
3. Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
4. Understanding of sales processes and revenue cycle management
5. Experience with data management and quality control procedures
6. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field
