5. Conduct regular sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting to senior management
6. Negotiate and close major contracts and agreements with enterprise clients
7. Coordinate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities
8. Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and legal requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
2. Minimum 7 years of progressive sales experience with at least 3 years in a regional management role
3. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in US markets
4. Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams
5. Strong proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
6. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
