1. 3+ years of experience in outbound marketing, demand generation, or telemarketing program management
2. Proven track record of developing successful outbound campaigns that meet or exceed revenue targets
3. Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms
4. Excellent communication and copywriting skills for creating effective outreach materials
