Manager of Customer Enablement responsibilities include:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive customer enablement strategies and programs
2. Create and maintain customer onboarding materials, training content, and knowledge base resources
3. Collaborate with product teams to communicate new features and updates to customers
4. Analyze customer usage data to identify adoption gaps and develop targeted enablement solutions
5. Manage customer education webinars, workshops, and certification programs
6. Measure and report on enablement program effectiveness and ROI
7. Train and enable customer-facing teams on enablement tools and methodologies
8. Establish customer feedback loops to continuously improve enablement content and delivery
1. 5+ years experience in customer enablement, customer education, or customer success roles
2. Proven track record of developing and scaling customer enablement programs
3. Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management
4. Experience with enablement platforms (WalkMe, Whatfix, or similar) and LMS systems
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
6. Data-driven approach to measuring program success and customer impact
7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in B2B SaaS environment with enterprise customers
2. Certification in enablement methodologies or adult learning principles
