Inside Sales Manager responsibilities include:

1. Manage and mentor a team of 8-12 inside sales representatives 2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly revenue targets 3. Monitor and analyze sales metrics (conversion rates, call volume, pipeline velocity) 4. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for skill development 5. Optimize CRM utilization (Salesforce) for accurate forecasting and pipeline management 6. Collaborate with marketing on lead generation strategies and campaign effectiveness 7. Implement sales training programs on product knowledge and closing techniques 8. Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for team accountability

Must-Have Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 2. 5+ years of inside sales experience with 2+ years in sales management 3.
