1. Execute strategic outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and social channels
2. Qualify leads through targeted questioning and needs assessment
3. Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives
4. Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot)
5. Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
6. Collaborate with marketing on lead generation programs and campaign follow-up
7. Achieve monthly/quarterly quota of qualified opportunities
1. 1+ years of sales or business development experience
2. Proven ability to meet or exceed activity metrics and quotas
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Strong organizational and time management abilities
5. Proficiency with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
7. Persistent and resilient attitude toward rejection
Preferred Qualifications
1. 2+ years of B2B sales development experience
2. Experience in SaaS or technology industry
3. Knowledge of MEDDIC or other complex sales methodologies
4. Previous use of sales intelligence tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
5. Experience with cold calling and email sequencing strategies
6. Track record of exceeding quota by 20%+ consistently
