Account Supervisor responsibilities include:
1. Serve as main day-to-day contact for clients, managing expectations and building trusted advisor relationships
2. Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and integrated campaign plans aligned with client objectives
3. Lead cross-functional teams (creative, media, digital) to ensure flawless campaign execution
4. Manage account budgets ranging from $500K-$2M+, ensuring profitability and accurate forecasting
5. Present strategic recommendations and campaign results to client senior leadership
6. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and lead organic growth initiatives
7. Mentor and develop Account Executives and Coordinators reporting directly to this role
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
2. 5+ years of agency account management experience with progressive responsibility
3. Proven track record managing accounts with $500K+ annual budgets
4. Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
5. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management
6. Excellent presentation skills with experience presenting to client decision-makers
7. Client relationship management expertise with references demonstrating client satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in specific verticals: healthcare, technology, or consumer packaged goods
2. Agency experience at recognized full-service marketing or advertising agencies
3. Experience managing teams of 2-5 direct reports
