Must-Have Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 2. 2+ years of experience in account management or sales role 3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas 4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills 5. Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) 6. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities 7. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships 8. Time management and organizational skills
