1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
2. 10+ years of progressive experience in account management or client services
3. 5+ years of leadership experience managing account management teams
4. Proven track record of managing $10M+ client portfolios
5. Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and growth metrics
6. Experience with enterprise-level contract negotiations
7. Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills
