5. Handle customer complaints and returns according to company policies
6. Achieve individual daily/weekly sales targets and contribute to store goals
7. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and discount policies
8. Process inventory shipments and maintain stock organization
9. Build customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience
3. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
4. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
5. Basic math skills and cash handling experience
6. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
7. Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
8. Professional appearance and demeanor
9. Reliable transportation and punctuality
Preferred Qualifications
1. Associate's degree in Business or related field
2. 2+ years of retail sales experience in similar industry
3. Experience with specific POS systems (Square, Shopify, etc.)
