Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialist to manage our end-to-end order processing and distribution operations. This role is critical for ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products to customers across the United States, maintaining inventory accuracy, and optimizing warehouse efficiency. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to our commitment to exceptional customer satisfaction.
Fulfillment responsibilities include:
1. Process and fulfill customer orders accurately through our WMS (Warehouse Management System)
2. Manage inventory control, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
3. Prepare shipments using appropriate packaging materials for various carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS)
4. Coordinate with transportation partners to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve shipping issues
5. Maintain clean and organized warehouse environment following safety protocols
6. Process returns and exchanges according to company policies
7. Generate daily fulfillment reports and maintain accurate records
8. Collaborate with customer service team to address order-related inquiries
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. 2+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics operations
3. Proficiency with warehouse management systems and inventory software
4. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
6. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and email
7. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
8. Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience with e-commerce fulfillment operations
2. Knowledge of shipping regulations and domestic transportation networks
3. Forklift certification or experience with material handling equipment
4. Associate's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field
