1. Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies aligned with business objectives

3. Manage product assortment, pricing strategies, and promotional planning
4. Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and relationship development
5. Analyze sales data, inventory turnover, and category performance metrics
6. Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and supply chain teams
7. Present category performance reports and strategic recommendations to leadership
8. Manage category P&L and budget allocation
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2. 5+ years of category management or merchandising experience
3. Proven track record in developing successful category strategies
4. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
5. Experience in vendor management and negotiation
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills
7. Financial acumen with P&L management experience
8. Ability to interpret market data and consumer insights
