1. Manage and mentor Store Managers across 8-12 locations within the assigned territory
2. Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with operational standards and brand guidelines
3. Analyze P&L statements, sales reports, and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and address performance gaps
4. Implement corporate initiatives and marketing strategies at the local level
5. Oversee inventory management, shrinkage control, and supply chain coordination
6. Develop and execute action plans to improve store performance metrics
7. Handle escalated customer service issues and ensure resolution standards
8. Coordinate with HR on staffing, training, and performance management processes
9. Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the region
10. Ensure safety protocols and compliance with federal/state regulations
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
2. 5+ years multi-unit management experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant industries
3. Proven track record of improving sales and profitability across multiple locations
4. Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
5. Excellent leadership and team development skills
6. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 60-70% within the region
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management systems
