Prepare and execute lease agreements in compliance with Fair Housing regulations 4. Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and walk-ins within 24 hours 5. Maintain accurate prospect data in property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage) 6. Perform market surveys to stay competitive with local rental rates 7. Coordinate move-in/move-out inspections and unit turnover processes 8. Address resident concerns and maintain positive tenant relations

Must-Have Requirements
