Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure our products and services meet established quality standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes, conducting thorough inspections, and identifying areas for improvement to maintain our commitment to excellence in the US market.
1. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for product validation
2. Conduct thorough inspections and audits of manufacturing processes and finished products
3. Perform functional, regression, and performance testing using industry-standard methodologies
4. Document and track defects using bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar)
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
6. Maintain detailed quality documentation and generate regular compliance reports
7. Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
8. Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 9001, and other relevant US regulatory standards
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
2. 3+ years of quality assurance experience in manufacturing or product development
3. Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems
4. Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools
5. Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes
6. Excellent documentation and reporting skills
7. Familiarity with US regulatory standards and compliance requirements
Preferred Qualifications
1. ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or similar certification
2. Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies
3. Background in automotive, aerospace, or medical device industries
4. Knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks
5. Experience with supplier quality management and audit processes
6. Proficiency in Minitab or other statistical analysis software
7. Previous work with FDA or other regulatory agency inspections

1. Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001 or similar standards
