1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field

4. Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and quality control systems
5. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams of 20+ employees
6. Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and production management software
