7. Implement and enforce safety protocols (OSHA compliance) and promote workplace safety culture
8. Troubleshoot production issues and implement preventive maintenance programs
9. Train, develop, and evaluate production team members
10. Lead lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to improve efficiency
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field
2. 5+ years of production management experience in manufacturing environment
3. Proven experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
4. Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and quality control systems
5. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams of 20+ employees
6. Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and production management software
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis
8. Budget management and cost control experience
9. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance requirements
10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
