Music Producer responsibilities include:
1. Lead end-to-end music production including pre-production, recording, mixing, and mastering
2. Collaborate with artists to develop creative concepts and refine musical arrangements
3. Operate and maintain professional recording studio equipment (Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton)
4. Direct recording sessions with musicians, vocalists, and technical staff
5. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliver final masters meeting industry standards
6. Source and coordinate session musicians, background vocalists, and technical personnel
7. Implement audio processing, editing, and sound design techniques
8. Stay current with music industry trends, production techniques, and emerging technologies
1. 5+ years of professional music production experience with released credits
2. Expert proficiency in DAWs (Pro Tools, Logic Pro, or equivalent)
3. Comprehensive knowledge of audio engineering, signal flow, and studio equipment
4. Portfolio demonstrating successful music productions across multiple genres
5. Strong musical theory knowledge and arrangement skills
6. Experience managing recording sessions and directing talent
7. Excellent ear for sound quality, pitch, and musical timing
8. Bachelor's degree in Music Production, Audio Engineering, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
1. Grammy nomination or industry award recognition
2. Experience producing platinum or gold-certified recordings
