3. Manage nutrient regimens, irrigation systems, and IPM (Integrated Pest Management) strategies
4. Oversee cloning, propagation, vegetative growth, and flowering cycles
5. Conduct regular plant health assessments and tissue sampling for analysis
6. Maintain detailed cultivation records and METRC compliance tracking
7. Lead and train cultivation team members on proper techniques and safety protocols
8. Coordinate with extraction and processing teams for harvest scheduling and quality standards
9. Implement and maintain GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) throughout facility
10. Manage cultivation budget, inventory, and supply chain for growing materials
1. 5+ years commercial cannabis cultivation experience with minimum 2 years in leadership role
