3. Conduct equipment inspections and identify potential failures using predictive maintenance techniques
4. Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematic drawings for repair guidance
5. Utilize computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to document work orders and maintenance history
6. Collaborate with production teams to prioritize maintenance needs and coordinate repair schedules
7. Maintain inventory of critical spare parts and maintenance supplies
8. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and lockout/tagout procedures during all maintenance activities
1. High school diploma or GED with technical training certification
2. Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing environment
