Photoshoot Stylist responsibilities include:
1. Develop styling concepts and mood boards aligned with creative direction and brand guidelines
2. Source, pull, and manage clothing, accessories, and props from showrooms, designers, and retailers
3. Execute on-set styling including garment steaming, fitting, and last-minute adjustments
4. Coordinate with hair and makeup teams to ensure cohesive overall look
5. Manage wardrobe inventory and maintain organization of all styling materials
6. Build and maintain relationships with fashion brands, showrooms, and PR agencies
7. Stay current with fashion trends, emerging designers, and industry developments
8. Manage styling budgets and ensure timely return of all borrowed items
1. 3+ years of professional styling experience in fashion or commercial photography
2. Portfolio demonstrating strong fashion sensibility and diverse styling capabilities
3. Proficiency in garment fitting, alteration techniques, and fabric knowledge
4. Extensive knowledge of current fashion trends and historical fashion references
5. Valid driver's license and ability to transport clothing racks and equipment
6. Physical stamina for long shoot days and handling heavy garment bags
7. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or related field
2. Experience working with major fashion brands or publications in the US market
3. Established relationships with New York or Los Angeles-based showrooms and designers
