3. Maintain consistent visual standards across all photo assets while ensuring brand guidelines are followed
4. Manage and organize large volumes of digital assets using DAM systems with proper metadata tagging
5. Collaborate with photographers, art directors, and marketing teams to execute visual concepts
6. Prepare final press-ready files according to specific publication requirements and color profiles
7. Implement non-destructive editing techniques to preserve original image integrity
8. Meet tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards across all deliverables
1. 3+ years professional experience in photo editing with a strong portfolio demonstrating technical skills
2. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge)
3. Comprehensive understanding of color management, CMYK/RGB color spaces, and prepress requirements
4. Strong knowledge of photo retouching techniques including skin smoothing, object removal, and frequency separation
5. Experience with batch processing and automation tools (Actions, Scripts)
6. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet daily deadlines
7. Excellent attention to detail and quality control standards
8. Associate degree in Photography, Graphic Design, or related field
