1. Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field
2. Minimum 3-5 years of on-air experience in television news

4. Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
5. Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
6. Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and handle breaking news
7. Professional appearance and on-camera presence
