4. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure organizational success

7. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and industry-specific regulations and standards
8. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across departments
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
2. 10+ years of progressive leadership experience with 5+ years in senior management role
3. Proven track record of successful P&L management and budget oversight exceeding $10M
4. Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution with measurable results
5. Strong financial acumen with expertise in financial modeling and analysis
6. Excellent leadership and team development capabilities with experience managing managers
7. Outstanding communication and presentation skills for executive-level stakeholders
8. Experience in change management and organizational transformation initiatives

1. Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related advanced degree
2. Experience in multiple industry sectors or diverse business environments
3. Background in both corporate and startup environments
4. Professional certifications (PMP, Six Sigma, etc.)
