15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience with 5+ years at VP or senior director level Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue growth Expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, and multi-channel campaign management Demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing marketing teams Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar marketing budgets Expert knowledge of marketing analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms Proven ability to drive brand development and market positioning strategies Experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing with measurable results Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
