The ideal candidate will be data-driven, culturally connected, and adept at leveraging social media trends to achieve business objectives.
Social Media Manager responsibilities include:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms
2. Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video) that aligns with brand voice and marketing goals
3. Monitor, listen, and respond to users while cultivating community engagement and customer service interactions
4. Implement social media advertising campaigns with targeted audience segmentation and budget optimization
5. Analyze key metrics and prepare performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite
6. Stay current with social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices in the US market
7. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency
8. Manage social media calendar and coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors
1. 3+ years of professional social media management experience with portfolio examples
2. Proven success in growing social media audiences and engagement metrics
3. Expertise with major social media platforms and their analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Twitter Analytics, etc.)
4. Strong content creation skills including graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing capabilities
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to adapt brand voice
6. Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
7. Understanding of social media advertising and ability to manage budgets effectively
8. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
