Social Media Advertising Administrator responsibilities include:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive paid social media strategies across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
2. Manage daily campaign budgets, bids, and pacing to maximize ROI and meet client KPIs
3. Conduct A/B testing on ad creative, copy, and audience targeting to optimize performance
4. Implement advanced tracking through Facebook Pixel, UTM parameters, and conversion APIs
5. Generate weekly performance reports with actionable insights using Google Analytics and platform-native analytics
6. Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad assets aligned with brand guidelines
7. Stay current with platform algorithm changes, privacy regulations (CCPA), and emerging social advertising trends
1. 2+ years hands-on experience managing $50k+ monthly ad spend across Meta Business Suite
2. Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, including custom audience creation and conversion tracking
3. Demonstrated success achieving ROAS targets and lowering CPA in e-commerce or lead generation
4. Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics 4 and Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis
5. Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and statistical significance in campaign optimization
6. Understanding of US privacy regulations including CCPA and iOS 14+ tracking limitations
