The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving qualified traffic, maximizing ROI, and achieving client KPIs through strategic campaign management, continuous optimization, and performance analysis in the competitive US digital marketing landscape.

Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist responsibilities include:

1. Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEM strategies for Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns 2. Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis using SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools 3. Perform daily bid management, budget allocation, and campaign optimization to maximize ROI and meet performance goals 4. Create and A/B test ad copy, extensions, and landing pages to improve Quality Score and conversion rates 5. Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, tracking conversions, and providing detailed performance reports 6. Manage monthly budgets exceeding $50K while maintaining target CPA and ROAS goals 7. Collaborate with SEO and social media teams to ensure integrated digital marketing strategies 8. Stay updated with latest SEM trends, platform updates, and industry best practices

Must-Have Requirements

1. 3+ years of hands-on experience managing SEM campaigns with monthly budgets of $20K+ 2. Google Ads certification and demonstrated expertise in Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns 3. Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking implementation 4. Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel/Sheets for data analysis and performance reporting 5. Proven track record of achieving KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate) for US-based campaigns 6. Experience with bid management strategies and optimization techniques across search networks

Preferred Qualifications

1. Microsoft Advertising certification and experience with Bing Ads platform 2. Experience with enterprise-level SEM tools (Kenshoo, Marin, Search Ads 360) 3.
