4. Monitor campaign performance and provide regular optimization recommendations
5. Prepare detailed media flowcharts, budget allocations, and post-campaign analysis reports
6. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure message alignment across media channels
7. Stay current with emerging media trends and new advertising technologies
8. Manage RFPs and maintain relationships with media vendors and partners
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field
2. 3+ years of media planning experience in agency or client-side environment
3. Proficiency with media planning tools (Kantar, Strata, MediaOcean)
4. Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager)
5. Strong analytical skills with expertise in interpreting media metrics and ROI analysis
6. Excellent negotiation and vendor management capabilities
