Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic Media Buyer to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing media budgets, analyzing campaign performance, and driving ROI through data-driven decisions in the competitive US digital advertising landscape.
Media Buyer responsibilities include:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive media buying strategies across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms
2. Manage and optimize advertising budgets ranging from $50K-$500K+ to maximize ROI and achieve client KPIs
3. Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
4. Negotiate and secure premium ad placements, ensuring competitive CPM and CPC rates
5. Generate detailed performance reports with metrics including CTR, conversion rates, ROAS, and CPA
6. Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages
7. Stay updated with emerging digital advertising trends and platform algorithm changes
1. 3+ years of professional media buying experience with demonstrated success in US markets
2. Proven expertise in managing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and at least one DSP
3. Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Excel pivot tables, and data visualization tools
4. Minimum $200K annual budget management experience with verifiable ROI improvements
5. Certification in Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint
6. Experience with conversion tracking implementation and optimization
7. Deep understanding of audience targeting strategies and segmentation techniques
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in specific verticals: e-commerce, SaaS, or financial services
2. Advanced knowledge of programmatic buying and RTB ecosystems
3. Experience with enterprise-level tools like Google Campaign Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe Advertising Cloud
4. Background in agency environments managing multiple client accounts
5. Knowledge of SEO/SEM integration strategies
6. Experience with mobile app install campaigns and UA strategies
7. Familiarity with compliance requirements in regulated industries (healthcare, finance)

1. Python or R scripting for automated bid optimization and data analysis
2. Experience with TV/OTT media buying and cross-channel attribution
