Marketing Manager responsibilities include:
1. Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels
2. Manage marketing budget allocation and ROI analysis for all campaigns
3. Lead brand positioning and messaging development for target audiences
4. Oversee marketing automation platforms (HubSpot/Marketo) and CRM integration
5. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
6. Manage cross-functional teams including content, social media, and paid advertising
7. Track and report on KPIs including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and marketing attribution
8. Optimize customer journey mapping and lead nurturing processes
9. Manage agency relationships and vendor selection processes
10. Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
2. 5+ years of progressive marketing experience with 2+ years in management role
3. Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns
4. Expertise in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing)
5. Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar)
6. Demonstrated budget management and ROI optimization skills
7. Strong understanding of US consumer behavior and market dynamics
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills

10. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
