1. Plan and execute 15-20 marketing events annually across various US markets
2. Manage event budgets ranging from $10,000 to $100,000 per event
3. Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders for seamless event execution
4. Develop pre-and post-event marketing campaigns to maximize attendance and engagement
5. Track and report on event ROI using metrics such as lead generation, customer acquisition cost, and brand awareness lift
6. Manage event registration platforms and attendee communication
7. Coordinate logistics including travel, accommodations, and equipment for event teams
8. Ensure brand consistency across all event touchpoints and materials
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
2. 2-3 years of event coordination experience in US markets
3. Proficiency with event management software (Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar)
4. Strong budget management skills with experience managing $50K+ event budgets
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to travel 30-40% domestically
7. Proven track record of executing successful B2B or B2C events
8. Knowledge of US event regulations and compliance requirements
