Must-Have Requirements

1. Master's degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Social Sciences, or related field 2. 7+ years of professional research experience with 3+ years in a leadership role 3. Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies 4. Proficiency with research tools (UserTesting, Qualtrics, Dovetail, or similar) 5. Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end research projects with business impact 6. Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive audiences 7. US work authorization and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

1. PhD in relevant research discipline 2. Experience in technology, SaaS, or digital product environments 3. Background in behavioral economics or cognitive psychology 4.
