Lead Brand Designer responsibilities include:
1. Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines and design systems
2. Lead the creation of brand assets including logos, typography, color palettes, and visual elements
3. Design for multiple platforms including digital products, marketing materials, and environmental branding
4. Collaborate with marketing, product, and executive teams to align design with business goals
5. Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on design deliverables
6. Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively
7. Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies in the branding space
1. 7+ years of professional brand design experience with portfolio demonstrating brand systems
2. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
3. Proven experience developing brand guidelines and design systems for established companies
4. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition principles
5. Experience designing for both digital and print mediums
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate design decisions
7. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience working with Fortune 500 companies or well-known consumer brands
2. Background in agency environment with client-facing experience
3. Knowledge of motion design and basic video editing capabilities
4. Experience with UX/UI design principles and digital product design
5. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web design constraints
6. Master's degree in Design or related field
