1. 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience with 5+ years in senior marketing management
2. Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing strategies

4. Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics, ROI measurement, and budget management
5. Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performance marketing teams
