2. Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and customer journey mapping
3. Manage multi-million dollar marketing budgets with rigorous ROI analysis and performance tracking
4. Lead cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and sales to align growth initiatives
5. Implement marketing automation and CRM strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention
6. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities
7. Build and scale performance marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
8. Establish KPIs and reporting dashboards to track growth metrics and campaign performance
1. 8+ years of growth marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
2. Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition and revenue growth in B2C/B2B environments
3. Expertise in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and CRM platforms
4. Deep knowledge of SEM, social media advertising, and programmatic buying platforms
5. Strong background in conversion rate optimization and A/B testing methodologies
6. Experience managing $1M+ monthly marketing budgets with demonstrated ROI improvement
7. Proficiency in SQL and data analysis for marketing performance measurement
8. Experience building and leading high-performance marketing teams
