Must-Have Requirements

5+ years experience in growth marketing or performance marketing Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition programs Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager Strong data analysis skills with SQL experience A/B testing and conversion rate optimization experience Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
