Director of Paid Marketing Programs responsibilities include:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive paid marketing strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
2. Manage multi-million dollar marketing budgets with precise allocation and continuous optimization
3. Lead A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives across all paid channels
4. Oversee campaign performance analysis using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation platforms
5. Manage relationships with advertising platforms, agencies, and technology vendors
6. Build and mentor a high-performing team of paid marketing specialists and managers
7. Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
8. Stay current with US digital marketing regulations, privacy laws, and platform updates
1. 8+ years of hands-on experience in paid digital marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role
2. Proven track record of managing $2M+ annual paid marketing budgets with demonstrated ROI
3. Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
4. Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, SQL, and data visualization tools
5. Experience building and leading high-performance marketing teams
6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in both B2B and B2C digital marketing environments
2. Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Facebook Blueprint
3. Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot)
