2. Manage marketing budget allocation and ROI optimization across campaigns
3. Implement marketing automation and lead scoring systems (Marketo/HubSpot/Pardot)
4. Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize conversion rates throughout funnel
5. Collaborate with sales leadership to align on pipeline goals and lead quality standards
6. Oversee ABM strategies for enterprise target accounts
7. Manage team of demand generation specialists and performance marketers
1. 8+ years of B2B demand generation experience with proven revenue impact
2. Expertise in marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot certification)
3. Demonstrated success managing $1M+ annual marketing budgets
4. Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Salesforce)
5. Experience building and optimizing multi-channel campaigns
6. Strong understanding of funnel metrics and revenue attribution models
7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
